Cornerstone and Castle? Why the difference? Castle is the name of our brick and mortar shops in Downtown Albuquerque, NM. Cornerstone is the name of the roasting side of our business. Same people, same owners. Cornerstone means "that which something is built upon". We thought it flowed so well with our values as a company. We want to be the cornerstone for our community, and how amazing is it to build another brand centered around that belief. We hope you enjoy our new venture of roasting craft small batch coffee!!!
