Equates to full time hours, must have reliable car. Gas mileage reimbursement as well)

Notice how none of these questions have to do with coffee. We don't look for experienced baristas. Obviously that experience doesn't hurt, but we will train you on the coffee stuff regardless. What we look for are those intangibles you can't teach: Loving those around you, putting others before yourself, and hard work. We are in the SERVICE industry after all! You serve a lot of people in a day at a coffee shop. How do you respond when your on the 100th customer, it's been a busy day, and your understandably tired. These traits listed above are crucial in making sure the 1st and the 131st customer in a day have the same incredible experience, and you get rejuvenated by the experience as well because you get to be a part of making someone's day better!
